Master Ben is focused on the students' progress, knowledge and ensuring that their technique is solid. He knows each of the students by name and expects them to work hard, and they respond readily. His classes are packed with new skills and he keeps the focus on the students, not on promoting his own skill or ego. He is humble, strong and effective.
