Master Paul is genuinely a great teacher, not just for martial arts (which he is a 5th degree black belt in TKD) but also for valuable life lessons and good advice. He connects with his students and truly cares about their personal growth and character development.

Whether you're looking for Olympic style TKD training, self defense, physical fitness, weight loss, strength and cardio training, or simply for the social aspect, this school is absolutely great for all of the above. Master Paul is very flexible with how he trains and he approaches each class (youth, women, or adults mixed classes, etc) with a uniquely tailored program that will most benefit the types of students enrolled.

My girlfriend and I are both taking classes with him and we love the experience. I'm going to be training with Master Paul for many years to come. If you want authentic and seriously empowering Taekwondo training then this the place to be.

If you want the highest quality martial arts in the area, Come HERE! Our family has been involved in martial arts for over 10 years, so we checked every possible option in the area. Master Ben is focused on the students' progress, knowledge and ensuring that their technique is solid. He knows each of the students by name and expects them to work hard, and they respond readily. Martials arts is more than just self-defense. Master Ben teaches discipline, respect, courtesy, and integrity not only as tennants of Taekwondo but also as members of their families, schools, and communities. Not all studios and Masters are created equal and we know this first hand. Very family oriented, where everyone are very welcome to join... My observation and own personal experience for the first 2 weeks bringing my son and daughter to the studio. Where they're being taught of self defense and self discipline. It is not just winning competitions also self improvement. Master Ben has this personal ability that you will entrust your children. That I never doubted that he is a good person with his warm welcome and joyful attitude around his students.

FAQs

Do virtual martial arts classes offer the same benefits as in-person classes?

Yes, with one exception. Virtual classes don’t have the same social atmosphere as in-person classes, but they provide the same physical and mental benefits as our regular martial arts classes.

Do I need any special equipment to enroll in a virtual martial arts class?

All you need is loose, breathable workout clothes. You may want a mat as well, but it’s not a requirement. If you already have a uniform from a regular martial arts class, you can wear it.

How can I be sure I’m doing the workout properly?

Our instructors will provide the same detailed instructions and demonstrations they would in a live class. You’ll be able to follow their instructions to ensure you are mastering each skill you learn.

Are virtual classes live or can I set my own schedule?

The classes are available live and for most students, this option offers the ideal experience. However, we recognize that not everybody’s schedule is the same. If you can’t attend the class when it’s happening, we make recordings available, so you can work out on your own schedule.

Will taking a virtual martial arts class help me to lose weight?

It can. The best way to lose weight is to combine a regular fitness routine with a healthy diet that’s rich in fruits and vegetables. Your body will respond best to foods that have plenty of nutrients.
